The arbitrator’s decision shall be binding, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on it. The successful party shall be entitled to collect its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees in any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions. Waiver of Class Actions

Candy Cloud CBD’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process. The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, among other things, will not be deemed invalid or unenforceable by reason of applicable law. Instead, a valid, enforceable provision will be substituted that most closely matches the intention of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in force.
